He has over 30 years of diverse corporate experience in operations management, human resources and executive leadership roles within the consumer packaged goods, professional service and health care sectors.

He is able to blend practical business experience with a coaching approach to the client relationship. His unique background allows him to apply sound business based practices to assist individuals and organizations to discover sustainable solutions and achieve results. Professional Experience

Prior to coaching, Ron held several senior executive positions including:  General Manager Brewery Operations, VP Industrial Relations, VP Human Resources with a leading national brewer (Molson) and President/CEO with a leading national Employee Assistance Provider (Warren Shepell), recognized as one of the top 50 Best Managed Private companies.

His community experience includes Board of Directors in health care (William Osler Health Centre); in community care (Dorothy Ley Hospice) and in community service (regional chapter of Rotary International).

Professional Development

Ron has been trained in various disciplines: Leadership Development (Centre for Creative Leadership & Leadership Institute of Seattle); Production/Operations Management (University of Western Business School); and Strategic Change Management (University of Toronto Management School).  He holds an Honours degree in Sociology from York University. He is a certified graduate of the Corporate Coaching Program with Corporate Coach University, the world’s largest coaching institution, based in the USA and is a member of the International Coach Federation. Ron is a contract Trainer/Consultant with Franklin Covey and is certified to deliver The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and The 4 Roles of Leadership programs.
