Peggy Grall is an executive coach with 18 years experience in the areas of coaching and leadership training. She is an Associate with LCPI. Her distinctive background in both business and human services equips her to work effectively with individuals and groups in understanding and addressing the personal and professional issues affecting business outcomes.

Working in health care, government, manufacturing and retail, she is recognized for her talent to quickly facilitate personal and corporate change. Her early career in managing business processes, combined with her work as a psychotherapist, and her understanding of leadership principles, has equipped her to provide effective guidance to leaders and teams. With a unique Can-American background, she has a strong advantage in working effectively with diverse populations, and has a proven ability to work with cross-cultural and international leaders and teams. She is also a professional speaker and writer with her own speaking and training organization, Just Change It®. She has researched, created and delivered over 800 workshops across the USA and Canada, in the areas of: Managing Change in the Workplace, Dealing with Crisis & Resolving Conflict, Capitalizing on Male & Female Work Styles and Strategies for Personal & Professional Success.

She is currently the Editor in Chief of Psychologica, the trade magazine of The Association of Mental Health Professionals and she has co-authored, Professionally Speaking, a valuable guide to would-be presenters. Peggy’s booklet, 19 Hopeful Hints for Managing the Big Fat Changes at Word is a hit with her clients. Her new book, Just Change It: the Fast Track Guide for Personal & Professional Renewal with its accompanying workbook, has just been released to strong reviews in the Toronto Star and the Globe & Mail.

Professional Development

Peggy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology & Anthropology, from the University of Guelph, has completed a Counseling Internship with the Toronto Institute Of Human Relations, and holds Leadership Certification in 16 areas related to her work, such as; Crisis Intervention, Group Facilitation, Employee Relations & HR. She is currently completing Corporate Coach University’s Certified Coaching program, which trains individuals from around the world in advanced corporate coaching skills. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She is certified to administer and interpret the DISC and the PCSI, Personal Profile Analysis tools that she uses with her coaching clients. Peggy is an internationally recognized keynote speaker on the subjects of: Transition Leadership, Conflict Resolution and The Art of Professional Renewal. She is the past editor of Mental Health Matters - a national magazine of the Mental Health Association.
