Coaching for Engagement and Performance

Leaders need skill-sets that go well beyond technical competence. Soft-skills such as emotional intelligence, effective communication and inspiration are some of the skills that need mastering.  Leaders require educational development AND personal development.   Coaching for Engagement and Performance challenges participants to draw from existing skills and create new ones that seem unfamiliar.    

This one or two day workshop allows participants to experience just how powerful the coaching model can be. Participants will learn to perform like a seasoned coach and position their organization for rapid growth and change. They will also learn how to create an environment in which everyone feels engaged and the keys to inspiring staff in a positive way.

In today’s leaner, multigenerational workplaces, the importance of effective communication cannot be overestimated. Coaching for Engagement and Performances equips participants with the tools to leave people feeling inspired and excited to perform.  LCPI helps executives define their personal coaching style and recognize other styles, so as to interact with others mutually.  They will then be given the opportunity to put their newfound skills to work during practice sessions with individuals, groups and teams.
